viagogo, the world’s largest ticket marketplace, with operations in nearly 50 countries, chose N2N to help it enter the Australian and New Zealand markets. Using viagogo, people can buy and sell tickets for live events all over the world via its secure online ticket marketplace, even if they are sold out at the box office.
In addition to raising consumer awareness, the communications strategy had to ensure that the protection of viagogo’s buyers and sellers were paramount. Stakeholder relations was used to ensure government and regulatory bodies understood the business model (including buyer and seller safeguards).
From the launch of viagogo with a national media roadshow, to campaigns to promote its partnerships with sports teams and music festivals, creativity has been key to generating stories that bring to life the benefits of viagogo for consumers. From the World Cup to EDM festival Stereosonic, we have helped tell viagogo’s story through a range of mediums across Australia, New Zealand and APAC region.
