Social Media Strategy

When Transport New South Wales was formed as a result of a merger of multiple government organisations, they approached N2N to help create a social media strategy that would not only support the new organisational structure but also meet the public’s demand for transport information anytime, anywhere on any device. Working with our partner, Ernst Young, N2N crafted a strategy that clearly defined the role of social media, content development, operating models (resourcing, roles and process), Key Performance Indicators and measurement, technology solutions and detailed rollout maps.


The strategy was supported by a thorough review of global best practice and cross-organisational workshops, to ensure it would work in execution. The result was a clever strategy that is now being implemented by Transport New South Wales.
