Digital and Social Media Community Management

With consumer brands such as Clipsal as well as business to business operations into the energy and technology markets, Schneider Electric approached N2N to build and protect its reputation in social, digital and traditional media channels.


To complement the launch of Schneider Electric’s social media channels, we developed relationships with relevant stakeholders and third parties and leveraged their established online communities to expand the reach of Schneider’s owned assets. This was complemented by a push campaign comprising electronic direct mail (EDMs), and intranet content to encourage sharing of social content by Schneider Electric’s employees.


The results, the Facebook community grew at a rate of 25 per cent per month and impressions grew by more than 400 per cent over the launch period.
