Having helped Australians successfully switch to Digital TV , the Federal Government engaged N2N a second time to assist 20 million Australians to re-tune their TVs so they didn’t lose services when channels moved frequencies. The change impacted every Australian home, business and building with a TV set.

 

To reach this vast and diverse audience, N2N developed an integrated program spanning media, stakeholder and community engagement (online and off). We worked with peak bodies, media outlets, community organisations and institutions across the country. Two years, and more than 400 localised PR campaigns later, the program reached 21,000 stakeholders, with more than 95 per cent positive/neutral sentiment (stakeholder and media) Aussies retuned to their favourite programs smoothly and efficiently.
