ASX-listed healthcare company, Primary Health Care called on N2N to create visibility of its bulk billed IVF clinics and drive appointments to bring patients through the doors. N2N developed an integrated campaign which delivered more than 12x return on investment.
N2N worked with Primary to develop a strong narrative which could play out across media and social. A key component of the campaign was a robust issues and risk management strategy to ensure Primary was prepared to hold its own against strong and vocal industry opponents. The proactive campaign involved building a Facebook community of engaged advocates for Primary, creation of interesting and relevant content and building a story for national TV news.
N2N secured 7 TV stories including on Seven News, Sunrise and Weekend Sunrise with a total audience reach of 1.8 million. This drove a 400% increase in traffic to the Primary IVF website within 24 hours. The four month integrated campaign directly secured appointments with almost 300 new patients with a significant return on investment in business terms.
