With more than 72 social media assets, the Commonwealth Bank tasked N2N to develop a social strategy to optimise its social channel. Working with our partner Ernst Young, we undertook a comprehensive evaluation of the social media assets to understand the audience, content and engagement metrics of each channel. We developed a social strategy that rationalised the social media assets, defined their role, prioritised high performing content and recommended an operating model that included optimal resource structure, technology and measurement platforms and process.

 

The result, a centralised social media function that meets global best practice standards for social media management.
