As a result of our continuous growth and success, we are looking for a graphic designer to join our growing studio team, working across design projects for P&G, nbn, Campbell Arnotts as well as pitch documents for new business and broader agency collateral.

You will have a passion for graphic design with wide-ranging experience and an original approach to visually communicate a client’s messages.  You are naturally curious, willing to learn, and actively seek out new challenges.

To be considered for the role, you will have at leave five years professional graphic design experience and a relevant degree.

Your role will include:

  • Playing an active role in the design team and broader agency, researching and identifying key trends and promoting best practice to drive excellent client results
  • Take and interpret client briefs, working with the accounts team, to provide solutions aligned to the client’s brand and objectives
  • Producing artwork (print and digital) under the direction of our art director – producing scamps, iterative sketches, required versions and final artwork subject to team and client feedback
  • Accompany all artwork with clear rationale and explanation of work, in addition to production recommendations for printing, delivery and display (where required)
  • Impeccable management and adherence to file structure
  • Mentoring of junior team

Salary expectation: AUD $90,000 – 110,000K package.
