Our client is a global organisation providing software and services for sectors including ERP, Payroll, HR and accounting. In Australia, the organisation successfully increased market share via the acquisition of local software companies.After a period of independent operation, our client underwent a re-branding exercise to align the identities of all the acquired companies.
Market education around the re-brand was driven by a national advertising campaign on TV, Pay-TV and major metropolitan newspapers. To make the campaign a success, it required a single website URL that formed a gateway to the three business units’ websites. The goal was to enable customers and prospects to rapidly navigate through all of the services offered by the integrated organisation.
Solution
n2n designed and deployed a single website as the destination for leads from the above-the-line advertising. n2n developed the information architecture for the website, managed the interface design, selected and briefed a content management system vendor, wrote the website copy and loaded and deployed the site.
Results
Visitors can now read about the latest news, case studies and employment across the three business units, on one single website. This means that the organisation is now more equipped to educate prospects on the available products and cross sell to existing customers.
The website has grown to receive approximately 20,000 visits each year and 45,000 page views. It forms an important part of the national advertising and marketing campaign, uniting the organisation’s services. It is the source of traffic and numerous leads for each of the software companies’ websites.
