Challenge
Our client, a global software organisation, required the production of a video case study on its customer for use at its annual partner and customer conference. The customer is one of the most successful wholesalers of homewares in the Southern Hemisphere.

Solution
n2n managed the video production, including:

  • Drafting the initial script and customer key messages
  • Compiling the story board
  • Hosting the production, co-ordination of all stakeholders and the final delivery of the video

 

Results
The customer testimonial video was completed and delivered in multiple formats, to meet the client’s present requirements and for future use on the client and the customer websites. Following the conference, the global software organisation received several requests from their existing customers on how to get involved in a video customer case study.
