Social media strategy

Challenge
Our client is a global entity providing best practice software solutions across diverse areas including ERP, Payroll, HR and accounting. Despite the size of the organisation and diversity of products and sectors targeted, the organisation had low brand awareness in Australia. We worked with the client to increase the online presence of the many software solutions.

Solution
Initially we identified and defined the audience each software brand targeted and developed a list of relevant communities to target in each of the primary social media assets including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. We also established social media monitoring to identify influencers who commented on our primary sectors or directly on our client.

We then joined the relevant employees from our client into these communities and determined where and when opportunities came up to comment or engage. n2n also developed content and comments for our client representatives to post, including direct content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Results
Our client now has many mentions each week within the primary social media sites – all made from key representatives within our client and targeted to specific audiences. We also have an established Wikipedia page for each brand with hundred of views each month.
