n2n was tasked with positioning their client as the market leader in SaaS. n2n needed to educate corporate and government users, via the media, on software-as-a-service, on-demand technology, and their new technology.

Solution
To achieve this, n2n:

  • Established an Index to educate/track industry progress
  • Drafted a White paper on SaaS
  • Conducted a media launch of the white paper and our clients momentum into the Australian market.
  • Conducted an ongoing customer case study and reference program, media/analyst briefings and educationals, feature pitches and proactive news stories.
  • Identified and leveraged thought leadership commentary opportunities.

Result

  • 40 per cent increase in our clients coverage in Australian media coverage ranging from national press, business and technical media
  • Media coverage on related technologies became more sophisticated and frequent
  • Increase and spikes in sales leads can be mapped back to PR activity
