As a growing business in ANZ, Sun had to be able to communicate with all its customers and partners on product updates, business changes and generate leads in the most effective way.  Any communication vehicle also needed to be tailored to the different audiences – customers, partners, developers and executives.

Solution
In 2004 EDGE was launched.  n2n communications drafts the content for the bi-monthly newsletter.  With a strategy to focus each EDGE on giving subscribers content they could not receive from other sources – latest trends and research, whitepapers, commentary from industry experts and Sun spokespeople, we have been able to make this email marketing offering stand out from the crowd.

Results
EDGE’s subscriber base has grown steadily year-on-year and now has more than 23,000 customers and partners. By focusing on quality and compelling content, EDGE has an above industry average open rate of 18% and a click through rate of 30%.
