Despite more than 30 years experience in sophisticated mapping technology, ESRI Australia was an unknown entity to many in the private sector. In addition, the abilities of location intelligence were unknown and ESRI Australia needed to develop messaging that would support all its go to market initiatives including its website, sales collateral and media outreach.

Solution
n2n hosted a session with the management team to ensure that everyone had the same vision for the company in moving into the private sector and professional services.n2n conducted analysis of the market, its competitors and its own strengths in order to develop messaging with supporting proof points.

Results
n2n developed a key message document for ESRI Australia covering corporate, professional services and product messages.The messages are now used throughout the organisation from the management to the sales and marketing teams.

In addition, the key messages were used as a basis for ESRI Australia to redevelop its website. As a result of the success of the key message document, ESRI Australia approached n2n to brief key new employees on the messages and how to use them.
