Challenge
Sun sought to garner employee support for Suns Vision, Mission and Values and a new four-pronged company strategy for market success. It also aimed to focus staff on company priorities, engender pride and motivation to achieve.

Solution
n2ns role included development of tailored key messages and materials for each department to support the goal of motivating employees. It also included the development and production of a range of activities and tools in order to roll-out the program including:

  • Strategic advice and communication counsel on segmenting target audiences, strategy development, monitoring and evaluation
