Challenge
Marshal (now called M86 Security) had a large database of contacts comprising existing and potential customers which was underutilised as they were not regularly communicated to. Marshal approached n2n communications to develop a email newsletter strategy with the objective of helping with client retention and converting potential clients.

Solution
n2n developed a comprehensive email marketing communication plan including audience definition, content strategy and designed and built the email template. n2n project managed the ongoing email communication including developing the email and landing page content, designed each newsletter within the template and managed the final review, testing and approval process.

n2n also designed and managed the website email subscription process including double opt-in registration and newsletter repository containing each edition of the email newsletter.

Results
The use of regular email marketing positively impacted Marshals business and has proved a valuable tool in engaging with its customers and prospects. The average open rate of the communications is 46% above industry average and click through rates is 47% above industry average.
