n2n has a regular intake of PR graduates from the leading tertiary institutions. Often, these students start working with n2n in a part-time capacity while completing their studies and then move into the more formal Graduate Program.
The n2n Graduate Program is designed to ensure that within the first year of working with the firm, graduates have gained sufficient skills to provide a solid foundation for future career progression.
Graduates are appointed a career manager who identifies projects from across the firm which will provide exposure to the required tasks. These range from media relations and writing, to client meetings and advisory, training and new business development.
