Training & Development
n2n’s training and development program is modeled on those used by some of the world’s top professional services firms. Each employee benefits from a tailor-made career plan crafted to address both core professional skill development and broader interpersonal and management skills.
To help achieve career goals, the plan clearly identifies on-the-job training requirements as well as external skills development courses.
On-the-job training includes daily feedback on work in progress, weekly “coffee catch-ups” with relevant managers, as well as more formal half-yearly and annual reviews. All staff are invited to select a mentor in addition to their career managers.
External trainers used by n2n are recognised as leaders in their field. They include advisors to senior government Ministers (communication and negotiation skills), senior partners in professional services firms (consulting skills, management skills) and NIDA qualified presenters (presentation training).
